The Pro Arte Series 101 Prolene is a short-handled synthetic round watercolour brush — one of Pro Arte's most enduring and popular ranges. Prolene was one of the first synthetic brush fibres developed specifically to mimic the performance of sable in watercolour, and the 101 has been refined over the years into a brush that points reliably, holds a good reservoir of colour, and springs back consistently after each stroke.
