We hope that you are delighted with every purchase you make from Just the Brush, but if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, please know that we we are here to help you.

Our returns policy is below. We suggest you familiarise yourself with this prior to purchasing from our website.

How can I return an item?


For non-damaged or non-faulty goods, all of our products come with a 14-day no quibble guarantee providing all goods are in a resalable condition. You can cancel an order for any reason from the moment you place it until 14 days from the day you receive your goods. We refer to this as a “cooling off” period and allows you to inspect the goods we’ve delivered to you.

If you no longer require an item that you have ordered, please ensure that the products arrive to us in their original saleable condition, within 14 days from receipt of your order.

Please note, we’re unable to refund the original shipping or the return costs. We work on small margins to keep our prices low, and as a result, we don't build a returns price into our selling price, and we’re unable to refund the original delivery costs.

If you wish to return an unwanted item, we are more than happy to refund for the product itself, if it's in a resalable condition.

We do not refund or accept unwanted returns for any of the materials packs. All School materials, starter packs are special order items, returns for these products will be refused. 

Special order items are charged 48hrs after the time the order is placed to allow for any error or change of mind when purchasing.

Special order items are non-refundable once payment has been taken.

Please enclose a copy of the order confirmation displaying the order number and your details.

Larger items such as easels will need to go directly to the supplier

Items are returned at the customer’s own risk and we cannot accept liability for any returns damaged or lost in transit. Your order must be returned to us unopened and unused with the original presentation box, with any protective packaging and any cards or tags included. All returns are quality checked and items that do not meet our returns policy will be declined and may be sent back to you.

Refunds that are accepted will be credited to the payment method used to place the order (excluding the initial delivery cost). We are unable to issue refund receipts.

My item is damaged.

We do make every effort to ensure your order is delivered in good condition however, occasionally some products can get damaged during delivery so we please ask you inspect your order upon receipt.

If your order has arrived damaged, you must email us photos within 3 days of receiving your order.

If an item in your order is faulty, you must email us photos within 7 working days.

Please email clear photos to us, including photos of how the box arrived at and we will get back to you as soon as we can to resolve this.

If you have owned your item for longer than the above, we will deem your order as accepted.

Lost Orders

The Post Office states that items are "not eligible for a refund" after 80 days of being sent

Important Information

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive and the Consumer Contract Regulations June 2014. If you want to learn more, please click here. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Items are returned at the customer’s own expense and risk. For larger items such as easels, portfolios, we recommend insuring your return and that you obtain a free Certificate of Posting as we cannot be held responsible for any returns that arrive damaged or failed to arrive.
