At Just the Brush, we aim to get your art materials to you quickly, safely, and at a fair price. Below you'll find everything you need to know about delivery times, costs, and how we ship your order.

We currently deliver to UK addresses only. We are unable to ship to international destinations at this time.
We offer FREE standard delivery on all UK orders over £25. For smaller orders, delivery is just £2.75.
There are no surcharges for orders under 1kg going to Northern Ireland, the Highlands, or the Islands.
We are currently dispatching orders within 1–2 working days.
Orders placed after midday are processed from the next working day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order leaves us.
Orders under 1kg are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. Larger orders may be sent by courier — we will confirm the carrier and estimated delivery timeframe in your shipping confirmation email.
Estimated delivery time: 3–5 working days.

Some postcodes are classed by couriers as Non‑Standard Delivery areas. These locations may have:

For orders over £25 to non‑standard areas, we deduct our standard £2.75 delivery charge and you pay any additional courier surcharge on top. If delivery timing or costs are important, please contact us before ordering and we'll confirm the full delivery cost for your postcode.
We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. If you need your order by a certain time, please get in touch via our Contact Page, and we'll do our best to help.
If a delivery is refused or undeliverable, our Returns Policy will apply.
Under UK consumer law, orders must be delivered within 30 days unless otherwise agreed. If your order has not arrived within this time, please contact us so we can investigate.
