The Sceptre Gold II Fan - Series 808 - is a specialist brush for blending, softening edges, and adding texture — particularly useful for foliage, hair, fur, and atmospheric effects like clouds or mist. The spread of the hair lets you work lightly across the surface without disturbing underlying layers.
Like the rest of the Sceptre Gold II range, it combines sable hair with synthetic filaments to give you the softness and spring of a natural brush at a more accessible price point. Available in size 6 with a short handle.
Compatible with watercolour, fluid oil colour, acrylic, water-mixable oil, and alkyd fast-drying oil.
